How should i start this?

Oh my oh my! It's already February 7, 2010 and i'm down with zilch preparation for the wedding. 4 months, 3 weeks and 3 days (Nervous, not really.. Excited? BIG CHECK!)to go till the wedding and I just couldn't find the right time to do surveys, outing with friends and family due to work *SIGH* Marketing is never easy kan? But i enjoyed going to places where i don't really get the opportunity too like for example going to Sungkai Perak (Not that i never been to Perak before its just that Sungkai area tak pernah i jejakkan kaki), Kluang Johor, Batu Pahat, Kuala Pilah, Jempol, Bentong, Raub (Oh! The ikan patin here is superb! Go and check this restaurant out at Sentosa Restaurant, Raub Town, next to the Masjid) Kuantan as a whole and many more. And i will never stop travelling until June due to the crazy marketing plan. But hey, at least i'm going off to Kuching and Kota Kinabalu in 2 weeks time! Hoorraaaay!!

So anyway, since i don't have much time to update my blog i thought of sharing with you on my wedding updates on a monthly basis hence the title 1st! I will now try to post wedding updates on the 3rd (As the Nikah Date) of each month as i can.

So here goes the list :

1. Dates: At this very moment, as previous post it will remain as it is.

2. Legal Procedures: Kursus Kahwin at Zura Academic on 2-3 January 2010 (Check!) The next step is to would be filling in the required forms as per the procedures stated therein by Jais.

3. Venue: Alhamdulillah, this one settled earlier than expected. As mentioned on earlier post, Nikah would be at Home and Bersanding would be at Dewan Felda Perdana whereby other halve will be at Home.

4. Catering: For Nikah, Papa and Mama have not decided at any caterer yet. But this is definitely not my jurisdiction. Takde chan langsung nak mengomen. Hehe.

5. Canopy: So far, Mama, Nurul and I have seen his work and we are planning to engaged him for the Nikah Ceremony at home. I'll be meeting him next week (Oh how i forgot that next week i'll be on leave till Chinese new year! 2 x hoorraaaay!!) I really need to discuss with him on the scallops, ribbons, main table, dias (Sangat sukaaa!) and many more.

6. Wedding dias and decoration for Dewan Felda Perdana: Basically everything at home is so called confirm except for DFP. Have yet to arrange an appointment with the person in-charge. Will try to set up some time to meet him up, maybe nearer to the date of best after Papa & Mama back from Bandung end of the month.

7. Theme Colors: Yes at last, it's confirmed for both sides! hehe. Family and I have separated the Nikah Color and Reception Color sebab tak dapat nak decide which color to go with so we will go on different occasion different color. Boleh tak macam tu? :p Wakakakka!

8. Photographers: Still discussing. But i'm still interested with my first choice. The more i asked around the more confused i get and the more greedy i'll be. Huhu.

9. Videographer: MASIH LAGI STRESS!! I mean seriously! Where to find videographer with reasonable price? I reaaaallly need help on this one!

10. Wedding Outfits: Mama and I have decided with only one designer! gila tak gila. From Nikah, Reception & Bertandang everything will be from this designer. "Ya Allah ya tuhan ku.. Memohon agar dipermudahkan la kerja nya" Will send the materials to him this April 3. He need at least 2 months before the wedding.

11. Make up and Hair : So far this is settled! Alhamdulillah.

12. Favours: Tak disentuh lagi, boleh tak? Insyaallah by April.

13. Hantaran : We've decided that this time would be 7-9 trays. hehe. Up skit from engagement haritu. So far, few items dah beli.. will settle this month by month basis. hehehe.

14. Cards: Well basically parents will be leaving to Bandung by end of the month to source out on the cards. I've told them the colors, the ribbons and wordings.. their job is to source for it. Haha. Jahat gila kan? So let say if parents found THE card, by March card will be ready Insyaallah.

15. Wedding Cake: Thanks to lovely aunties. This consider done!

16. Guest Lists: Haha! Thank you for Small number of friends. I consider this as DONE!

17. Entertainment: Hmm.. Have not thought of this yet. Maybe i want to approach this reggae group la kut. Tomorrow la i pegi tanya tanya.

18. Maid of Honours: Have not decided who just yet. Will be looking out for the materials for the attire too. Next week!

19. Bridesmaids: Hmm.. give me a break for awhile. The list is getting longer!!

20. Tray bearers: Insyaallah, this would be close friends. 50% done.

21. Bunga Mangga: Hehehehe. DONE!

22. Honeymoon: Lama dah done! can't wait!

Oh my god. This entry is like sooo long. Sorry. Susah nak update macam gini. hehehe. Anyway, will update from time to time.
